    On the 1st of September 1976, Michael Jones received his Certificate of Registration to sell Real Estate. Prior to 1976, Michael’s background was in dairy farming and cattle grazing, which provided a solid foundation, first-hand experience and a firm understanding of cattle country and its uses.
    Michael: ‘It’s been a satisfying and rewarding experience in all facets of real estate including: owning and operating 5 Real Estate Offices in the 1980’s, selling property in QLD in the1990’s, marketing new homes, as well as involvement in creative design and colour schemes during 2000’s.
    It is my firm belief to provide honest and accurate advice to people who sought it; I have been doing such for over 40 years, to this very day.‘ It’s often said, a “hiatus” can re-ignite passion in one’s area of expertise and after moving away from real estate for a time, Michael decided to follow his passion once again.
    On the 1st of September 2016, he renewed his licence and opened Michael Jones Real Estate at 129 Lawes St East Maitland NSW 2323.
    So….a new journey begins; Michael is back to “Make a Difference” with as much drive, determination and enthusiasm than ever before. He is well known throughout the Hunter Valley; his personal and professional contacts are extensive, so to is his knowledge of the type or country best suited for any enterprise.
    Rural may be his forte, however buying or selling with Michael Jones Real Estate in his words will ‘lead you to a better outcome’ which has and been proven many times, throughout 40 years.
    Michael has an accurate memory which is another vital asset; in a humble tone Michael expresses… ‘a been there, done that attitude…’ and this, combined with his genuine desire to connect with people and really getting to “know” the individual and their personal, business or professional requirements, will ensure Michael Jones Real Estate will satisfy the needs of buyers and sellers alike.
    On a final note, Michael is humbled and overwhelmed by the level of interest & support since the doors have opened at the East Maitland office.
